Halfway between the “Y” in Oak Hill and Dripping Springs, the  studio is an oasis of health and tranquility. Here Elaine Christine offers classes and private sessions for all levels:

Level 1 Yoga:  Combines stretching with yoga postures, breath work, and core strengthening. This is a gentle, yet powerful class and is designed for all fitness levels.

Level 1 & 2 Yoga:  Combines breath work with a graceful flow of yoga postures and core strengthening.  This class is more vigorous and most appropriate for students with some yoga experience, though all are welcome.

    Power Yoga:  For those wanting a more rigorous workout.  Experienced practitioners welcome.

Private Sessions are available by appointment
